April 2022

Vanessa will originate the role of Maya in "Mi Abuela, Queen of Nightmares" playing at the Gene Frankel Theatre in Soho, NYC, June 15th-26th. TICKETS HERE!


Vanessa was chosen as a Dramaturg for the Draft One New Works Summer Festival produced by Don't Tell Amy Productions. 

March 2022

Vanessa will be the COVID Safety Manager on PlayCo's production of "Will You Come With Me"  at MITU580 in Brooklyn.

February 2022

Vanessa made her Off-Off-Broadway debut in "Islands Never Say", a devised piece produced by GrassRoots Theatre Company. 


Vanessa, alongside the team at Bad Behavior Lab, created a Valentine's Day campaign in collaboration with independent artists. The initiative was created to fundraise for Bad Behavior Lab's photographic play currently in development. 

January 2022

Vanessa joined the team at Capes Coaching Co. as the Capes Coordinator.


Vanessa started rehearsals as the Assistant Covid Compliance Officer for the World Premiere of Man Cave at Page 73 Productions.


Bendición (Blessing) , which Vanessa starred in, was officially selected in the 2022 Hispanic Film Festival. 


Transplant, which Vanessa directed, was featured on RadioTimes.com.

December 2021

Vanessa joined the team at Bad Behavior Lab, a company dedicated to creating and producing original work by multi-hyphenate artists. 


Vanessa had her professional directing debut with Drew Hayden Taylor's staged reading "Cottagers and Indians" at PICT Theatre in Pittsburgh, PA.


Vanessa started rehearsals for A Holiday Cabaret at Theatre Aspen in New York City. Vanessa's involvement was suspended due to COVID-19.

November 2021

Vanessa had her NYC production debut working on "Last Chance for Mama" with Randomly Specific Theatre. 

October 2021

Vanessa began rehearsals for Randomly Specific Theatre's "Last Chance for Mama".

September 2021

Vanessa officially moved to Brooklyn, NY!


Vanessa collaborated with Next Stop Creatives to promote Sam.I.Am.Art's THE GRID HACK.

August 2021

Vanessa worked as the Assistant Dramaturg for the Solo Flights Festival at Theatre Aspen.
